Welcome To The Penn London Nature Trail
The Nature Trail was created in the early '90's and is just over 1/4 mile long. The students at Penn London have the chance to enjoy, usually twice yearly outings...once in the Fall and again in the Spring. The teachers are responsible for the lectures in the Fall. In the Spring, Brandywine Valley Association is contracted for a formal lecture detailing the native animal and plant species. The trail is not for use outside of school hours.
The trail is maintained by volunteer members of the PTA, who also receive assistance from local scout troops.
